Human Intelligence is looking for a Business Strategy Manager (Contractor) to lead strategy implementation across our fast-moving, AI-first product ecosystem. You will own the integrated strategic roadmap and manage delivery to translate executive vision into measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategy implementation across our product ecosystem — including AI services, digital products, and product launches across multiple verticals.
- Own an integrated enterprise strategic roadmap: prioritize initiatives, define milestones, allocate resources, and translate executive vision into measurable outcomes.
- Manage delivery across a large number of simultaneous projects: set targets, align cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and ensure timely, measurable impact.
- Build and maintain AI-enhanced KPI dashboards and predictive reports; run strategic reviews and lead rapid mitigation for risks and dependencies.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in strategy, strategic operations, or management consulting with proven results in fast-moving, tech-enabled organizations.
- Hands-on experience implementing strategy across product portfolios, including digital product development and product launches.
- Practical expertise with KPI frameworks and OKRs; dashboards and planning tools and AI-enabled analytics.
- Fluent English and available to overlap with global timezones.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital health, SaaS, or product-led growth environments.
- Background in management consulting or scaling strategy teams and playbooks.
