Recursive is seeking a Client-facing Business Solutions Architect to translate business challenges into AI-driven and custom software solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to support solution design, requirement definition, and project delivery. Ideal candidates will enjoy bridging business and technology while gaining hands-on experience in AI and digital transformation projects.
What You'll Do
- Support our clients from initial needs understanding through their AI solution journey.
- Assist in translating client requirements into actionable project plans, help monitor execution, and ensure clear communication of progress and potential challenges to all stakeholders.
- Act as a vital bridge between client teams and our internal technical experts, fostering seamless communication and teamwork for successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a B2B client-facing role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- English: Business-level fluency (e.g., TOEFL 90+, TOEIC 750+)
- Japanese: Business-level proficiency (e.g., JLPT N2 or above)
Nice to Have
- Experience in custom software, AI/ML, or deep tech solutions is a plus.
