Netcracker is hiring a Business Solution Architect

The Business Solution Architect plays a central role in shaping and delivering comprehensive telecom solutions that support strategic business goals and digital evolution. This position acts as a critical link between business leadership and technical delivery, ensuring that enterprise objectives are translated into scalable, efficient system architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and architectural direction for telecom platforms, ensuring alignment with business transformation goals
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, operational constraints, and long-term objectives
  • Translate complex technical frameworks into clear business outcomes, enabling informed decision-making
  • Drive architectural leadership across core systems including CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, Charging (OCS), Mediation, Inventory, Service Assurance, and Network Management
  • Support cloud-native BSS initiatives and API-first integration strategies to enable agility and scalability
  • Guide development and integration teams through design, implementation, and validation phases
  • Conduct solution reviews and architecture assessments to ensure compliance, performance, and maintainability
  • Identify potential risks and define mitigation approaches across the solution lifecycle
  • Support user acceptance testing and production rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions

Required Expertise

Candidates must demonstrate deep understanding of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems, including prepaid and postpaid billing models, Order-to-Cash and Trouble-to-Resolve workflows. Proficiency in modern architectural principles such as microservices, API-first design, and TMF Open APIs is essential. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), middleware, and database technologies is required. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, TAM), ITIL, and Agile/Scrum practices is expected. Strong communication, analytical reasoning, and leadership abilities are critical for influencing global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with major telecom vendors such as Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia, Oracle, Huawei, or Accenture
  • Involvement in Digital BSS transformation programs
  • Proven success in multi-vendor integration environments
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture experience
