Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for selected GTM roles; including Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product Specialists, and select Client Success roles
- Flex between owning searches outright and supporting other recruiters with sourcing, screening, or volume support as business needs fluctuate
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for newly evolving roles across our commercial organization
- Partner with hiring managers and GTM leaders to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, interview structures, and market positioning
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience with timely and transparent communication
- Use market insights and data to inform search strategies, identify competitive talent pools, and influence hiring decisions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teammates to enhance processes, optimize tools, and strengthen cross-functional alignment
Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth tech companies
- Experienced GTM recruiter with full-cycle expertise hiring across Sales, Account Management, Sales Ops, Client Success, and other commercial roles
- Comfortable recruiting for complex and high-context roles, including quota-carrying sales talent and GTM technical skill sets
- Strong communicator who can influence and partner effectively with senior leaders
- Passionate about employer branding, candidate experience, and telling Addepar’s story with clarity and authenticity
- Highly proactive, organized, resourceful, and able to thrive in an environment experiencing rapid change
- Analytical and data-informed; able to use metrics to adjust sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes
- Works seamlessly across teams and values partnership, transparency, and elevating the overall recruiting function
