HITACHI ENERGY UK LIMITED is looking for a Business Process Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of global programs within our factory environment, ensuring strict adherence to established global processes while driving system adoption and operational efficiency improvements.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation of global programs in the factory by ensuring adherence to established global processes and solutions.
- Drive effective usage and full adoption of core systems like SAP and MES, maximizing their potential to realize business benefits.
- Engage with factory teams to gather, analyze, and synthesize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify and eliminate template deviations in the factory to ensure consistency with global processes.
- Support business process harmonization by collecting, prioritizing, and evaluating improvement requirements from key users.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex issues, implementing preventative measures and proposing efficiency improvements.
- Establish and implement metrics within the factory to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to monitor business process performance and ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage data practices within the factory to ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and accessibility across systems.
- Identify local training needs and organize training sessions and resources to enhance team competency.
- Effectively communicate training opportunities and updates to ensure team members are informed and engaged.
- Act as a change champion by driving the adoption of globally harmonized processes, minimizing local customizations, and persuading stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in a manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to synthesize information and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes and achieve successful transitions.
