TD Bank is hiring a Business Process Manager I to provide specialized business management guidance and implement policies, processes, and strategic initiatives for a functional area. You'll play a key role in driving operational efficiency and governance across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide specialized business management advice and support to management and teams, analyzing trends and recommending actions.
- Lead the implementation of initiatives in support of the overall business or functional strategy.
- Manage a set of business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas.
- Support the integrated implementation of policies, processes, and procedural changes across multiple functions.
- Provide subject matter expertise to projects, participating in identifying, designing, testing, and implementing solutions.
- Develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
- Develop and deliver presentations and communications to management and broader audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and review internal processes.
- Support the development and implementation of standards, policies, and procedures that mitigate risk.
- Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end.
- Own the end-to-end procedure lifecycle, from intake to publication and retirement.
- Translate laws, regulations, and policies into clear, executable procedures.
What We're Looking For
- An undergraduate degree.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Preferred certifications: CRCM, CAMS, CRISC, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Detail-oriented professional with strong judgment.
- Comfortable challenging and influencing stakeholders.
- Organized, decisive, and enterprise-minded.
- Ability to remain calm under regulatory pressure.
Technical Stack
- GRC tools, DMS platforms, and SharePoint.
Team & Environment
You will work independently as the senior analyst and subject matter expert and may be called upon to coach and educate others.
