Allegheny Health Network is hiring a Business Process Manager to provide solutions for its ITO entities, joining the Purchasing Center for Fruits and Vegetables in Albuixech (Valencia). You will lead the team responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing the organization's operational and administrative processes.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and supervise the process management team, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Lead the mapping, documentation, and redesign of key business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Propose continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other functional areas such as Sales, Finance, IT, Logistics, P&C, and Quality to ensure process integration.
• Train teams and promote best practices.
• Define and monitor KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational environments.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in process and project modeling tools like Project, Visio, or ARIS.
• Solid knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with other data analysis tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

• Additional training in process management, continuous improvement, or digital transformation.
• Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector is highly valued.
