McDonald's Corporation is seeking a Reward Consultant to play a key role in shaping our total reward offering for the UK & Ireland. You will manage core cyclical reward processes and help develop a compelling wider proposition.
What You'll Do
- Lead compensation processes and ensure sound pay principles are developed and applied consistently.
- Manage bonus schemes that effectively incentivise and reward high performance.
- Design and implement benefits, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives to enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
- Provide insights and recommendations on pay trends, benefits uptake, and pay gap reporting.
- Support the Reward Lead and collaborate across the People Team to deliver a best-in-class reward strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in reward within a large, complex organisation, particularly across compensation frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, and recognition schemes.
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence and problem-solve effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the retail or hospitality sector.
