  • Oversee bonus programs designed to motivate and recognize strong performance.
  • Develop and execute benefits, wellness, and recognition programs to strengthen employee value.
  • Deliver data-driven analysis on compensation trends, benefit utilization, and pay equity reporting.
  • Partner with the Reward Lead and cross-functional teams to support a leading reward strategy.
