- Lead compensation initiatives and ensure consistent application of fair pay practices.
- Oversee bonus programs designed to motivate and recognize strong performance.
- Develop and execute benefits, wellness, and recognition programs to strengthen employee value.
- Deliver data-driven analysis on compensation trends, benefit utilization, and pay equity reporting.
- Partner with the Reward Lead and cross-functional teams to support a leading reward strategy.
