Join McKesson Corporation as a Business Process Consultant (Revenue Cycle), a pivotal role within our Revenue Cycle Operational Transformation. You will serve as a subject matter expert and change agent, supporting the shift to a Center of Excellence model and implementing standardized practices across the revenue cycle.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Practice Operations, Revenue Cycle leadership, and process owners to operationalize projects and deliver sustainable results.
- Facilitate complex meetings, presentations, and trainings for audiences across all management levels.
- Engage in onsite visits across the United States to resolve complex workflow challenges in Regional Billing Offices and practices.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to drive innovation and operational transformation.
- Support system training initiatives and participate in curriculum development.
- Develop and publish workflow documentation, including Reference Guides, Job Aids, and SOPs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to members of Regional Billing Offices, Practice Operations, and Revenue Cycle Leaders.
- Monitor and communicate the results of process improvement initiatives to management and Executive Leadership Teams.
What We're Looking For
- BS Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant revenue cycle experience
- Experience leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders
- Subject matter expertise in Revenue Cycle Operations (Patient Facing and Non-Patient Facing)
- Demonstrated experience as an agent of change and transformation
- Experience coaching others in process improvement frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Process improvement and workflow development experience
- Data analysis experience, including gathering and analyzing data for process change initiatives

- Experience working with Athena IDX (Centricity Business) and Centricity Practice (G4)
- Experience working with iKnowMed (G2)
- Six Sigma Certification
- Project management experience
- Experience partnering with optimization and quality improvement teams
