Acrisure is looking for a Payroll Client Advisor to drive sales of our Auris Payroll solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting and running product presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses, ultimately closing deals within a fast sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Prospect new clients through your network and referral partnerships.
- Set and run appointments with business owners to uncover needs and present Auris solutions.
- Maintain client records in the CRM system, including call notes and scheduled interactions.
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments.
- Continuously build knowledge of the current product portfolio and industry changes.
- Upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with your leader.
What We're Looking For
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You possess a valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
- You have at least two years of relevant experience.
- You have excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- You are an incentive-driven sales 'hunter' with a high sense of urgency.
- You work well independently and as part of a team, with a professional demeanor.
- You enjoy cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
- You are accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
- You can be in the field a minimum of 50% of the time.
- You must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
- You can successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
Nice to Have
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
- Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
