About the Role

Bezos.ai is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all seller orders are delivered perfectly—picked, dispatched, and delivered on time. You will own, build, and scale our operational customer success function to swiftly resolve issues and improve our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own, build, and scale Bezos.ai's operational success.
  • Support sellers with day-to-day order-related issues by finding root causes, fixing problems, and designing processes to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enable the Bezos.ai platform to work seamlessly for e-commerce sellers, including storage, fulfilment, and order delivery.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc and root cause analyses.
  • Continuously improve Bezos.ai's operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Operations, E-commerce, Logistics, Warehousing, or related areas.
  • Ability to understand new concepts rapidly and react in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Curiosity, analytical skills, and a love for solving problems; comfortable using data.
  • Great communicator—clear, friendly, and confident with both warehouse staff and founders.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and makes things happen without waiting for direction.
  • Comfortable travelling to warehouses (expenses covered).
  • A team player who fosters team spirit; someone everyone enjoys and aspires to work with.

You will be part of the operations team at Bezos.ai, a high-profile startup scaling fast. The team is fully remote, meets in person regularly, and the culture is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, solution-focused, disciplined, team-oriented, and fun.
