Protege is looking for a Business Operations Manager to be a strategic generalist and problem-solver who tackles high-priority projects driving company growth and efficiency. You'll work across teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and execute initiatives that make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects from scoping through implementation
Partner with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and develop process improvements
Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment across teams
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to track key metrics and project outcomes
Serve as a 'utility player', ready to jump into urgent priorities across sales, operations, product, or marketing as needed

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a strategy/analyst role in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing structured solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams
Highly adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in taking ownership of outcomes
Curious, tenacious, and proactive
Biased towards action and continuously stay scrappy
Treat those around you with kindness

Nice to Have

Experience in AI or data-driven industries
Prior exposure to startup or scale-up environments
Comfort with SQL, analytics tools, or low-code automation platforms
Experience designing and implementing new business processes or systems
