Protege is looking for a Business Operations Manager to be a strategic generalist and problem-solver who tackles high-priority projects driving company growth and efficiency. You'll work across teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and execute initiatives that make a measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects from scoping through implementation
- Partner with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and develop process improvements
- Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment across teams
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to track key metrics and project outcomes
- Serve as a 'utility player', ready to jump into urgent priorities across sales, operations, product, or marketing as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a strategy/analyst role in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing structured solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in taking ownership of outcomes
- Curious, tenacious, and proactive

Nice to Have
- Experience in AI or data-driven industries
- Prior exposure to startup or scale-up environments
