Access Analytix is hiring a Business Operations Associate to maintain our e-commerce operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage ticket inventory and sales within our internal point of sale system, ensuring real-time accuracy and supporting our fast-evolving business. What You'll Do
- Ensure prompt processing and cataloging of inventory to meet tight operational deadlines.
- Lead and manage inventory-related projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall inventory performance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure precision and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain inventory-related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective monitoring.
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, from receiving acquisition tickets to ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Assist in implementing and testing new fulfillment systems or process updates.
- Coordinate with remote teams and external partners to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new inventory or fulfillment software.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A sense of urgency coupled with an intrinsic desire to complete tasks with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Availability for a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday (8:30 - 5:30), accommodating evenings and weekends during busy times.
