About the Role

Access Analytix is hiring a Business Operations Associate to maintain our e-commerce operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage ticket inventory and sales within our internal point of sale system, ensuring real-time accuracy and supporting our fast-evolving business. You'll join a team driven by a winning mindset, execution, ownership, continuous improvement, and a data-driven culture.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure prompt processing and cataloging of inventory to meet tight operational deadlines.
  • Lead and manage inventory-related projects to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall inventory performance.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure precision and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain inventory-related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective monitoring.
  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, from receiving acquisition tickets to ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assist in implementing and testing new fulfillment systems or process updates.
  • Coordinate with remote teams and external partners to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new inventory or fulfillment software.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A sense of urgency coupled with an intrinsic desire to complete tasks with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
  • Availability for a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday (8:30 - 5:30), accommodating evenings and weekends during busy times.

Nice to Have

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Compensation range: $50,000 - $70,000
