Scale Army is looking for a Business Operations Associate to own the full documentation and pricing lifecycle, from initial field data to final customer reporting. You'll ensure every document reflects our brand and builds customer trust by delivering clear, accurate, and professional work.
What You'll Do
- Convert field survey data into customer and utility-facing reports and quotes.
- Create accurate and actionable Scopes of Work for field teams.
- Deliver professional install summaries and customer-facing documentation.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and other systems.
- Support the transition from Excel to Salesforce by understanding both systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of documents.
- Maintain clear communication with the sales team and other departments regarding project updates.
- Ensure every report, quote, and document reflects the company's brand and maintains high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or detail-focused role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel (including Pivot tables, formulas, & macros).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including ability to navigate custom objects, run reports, and create dashboards.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for accuracy and impact of your work.
- Attention to Detail: Double-check work to ensure precision and quality.
- Customer Orientation: Prioritize delivering work that builds trust with customers.
