PHIL is hiring a Business Operations Analyst–Client Success Analytics to support our mission-driven team focused on patient experience. In this role, you will tackle complex business problems, enable data-driven decisions, and empower teams through analytics and data visualization that directly impact client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Support the Client Success team on complex analytics requests impacting client outcomes and business goals.
- Serve as the go-to data expert, ensuring the right data fields, structures, and limitations are understood and applied.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests based on shifting business priorities while enabling teams to self-serve when possible.
- Contribute as part of a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy through execution.
- Collaborate with other data professionals skilled in BI, data modeling, and data warehousing to improve analytics capabilities.
- Champion best practices and serve as a subject matter expert in data modeling, analytics, and visualization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience as an analyst, engineer, or related field.
- Highly proficient in SQL with 2+ years of analytics experience.
- Proven ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable reports and visualizations.
- Experience analyzing data to solve business problems and create visualizations that drive strategic decisions.
- Strong ability to switch between big-picture thinking and managing detailed analytics.
- Self-starter who prioritizes impact over perfection, delivering usable insights quickly.
- Experience engaging directly with clients or customers on analytics (e.g., readouts, collaboration with client analytics teams).
- Ability to communicate complex data and analytics concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience in pharma or healthcare industries.
- Experience using Looker.
- Familiarity with Python or R programming.
