ASE Global is looking for a Business Management Associate to nurture and develop client relationships with automotive OEMs and dealerships. Our mission is to drive maximum profitability and optimal operational efficiency for our clients through automated systems and AI. You will ensure ASE Global delivers value by helping clients improve performance and will be responsible for analyzing data, providing support and training, and identifying business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Track, process, and analyze operative, financial, and statistical dealer network performance data to improve accuracy and quality.
- Organize independent dealer visits based on data analysis results.
- Provide remote and direct support to the dealer network on general accounting, bookkeeping, data input, and reporting.
- Present regularly at all levels on Business Management and KPI results, suggesting actions for improvement.
- Provide training to the dealer network on the use of internal software, data quality improvement, and map charts.
- Assist in the analysis of dealer KPI performance data.
- Serve as a contact for and develop relationships with clients to respond to requests and improve satisfaction.
- Assume responsibility for accurate and high-quality data on assigned projects.
- Attend project meetings and participate in presenting project status updates to clients or management.
- Identify poor-performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address issues.
- Support new franchise launch and roll-out to suit project-specific needs.
- Maintain new and existing customer reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and identify business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in French, English, and Dutch, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Accountancy or financial background knowledge and understanding.
- Experience with Business Management, Accountancy principles, and KPI analysis.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Previous experience supporting Cloud or SaaS products.
- Specialist in training and on-site consultancy.
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role.
- A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on process and solving problems.
- A genuinely curious mindset, capable of quickly learning new systems.
- A team player who loves challenges and wants to eventually ‘own’ their area of business.
- Driven by lifelong learning and continuous professional development.
- Flexibility due to the nature of the role.
- Legal authorization to work in Europe.
Nice to Have
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of Account Management experience.
- An Automotive background.
- Motor Dealer or OEM consultancy or audit expertise.
- Training expertise.
- MBA advantageous but not essential.
