Aledade is hiring a Business Intelligence Manager to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role sits within our Analytics – Business Intelligence department and is pivotal for advancing our analytical capabilities.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage business intelligence projects from conception to delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and build analytical frameworks
Design and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and reports
Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business teams

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing business intelligence or analytics teams and projects
Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and data warehousing concepts
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance measurement
