Head Hunter is hiring a Business Development Team Manager

About the Role

Head Hunter is looking for a Business Development Team Manager to lead and manage a distributed team of 20 remote Business Development Representatives targeting US, EU, and ANZ markets. This is a player-coach role where you'll be responsible for hands-on training, performance management, and strategic growth of the BDR function.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20 remote BDRs across multiple time zones
  • Own team KPIs, including calls made, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
  • Conduct daily standups, weekly 1-on-1s, and performance reviews
  • Identify underperformers early and take corrective action
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs as the company scales
  • Collaborate with AEs to ensure lead quality and conversion
  • Refine scripts, processes, and playbooks to improve performance
  • Report on team metrics to leadership weekly

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years managing outbound sales or BDR teams of 10+ people
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Experience managing remote, distributed teams across time zones
  • Strong coaching ability focused on developing people
  • Data-driven approach with experience using dashboards and holding teams accountable to numbers
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM; Aircall or similar dialer

Nice to Have

  • Background in staffing, recruitment, or SaaS
