dormakaba USA is looking for a Business Development Salesperson to join our Entrance Systems team. In this home-based role covering Southeast England, you will work with architects, contractors, and facilities managers to find access control solutions for their projects, focusing on developing new business and managing accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts across your territory.
- Promote our range of physical access products, such as speedgates and turnstiles.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Use construction market intelligence tools like Glenigan to identify leads.
- Meet with clients, present solutions, and close deals.
- Represent dormakaba at industry events and CPDs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven solution sales experience in the construction industry.
- A track record of growing territory sales and building long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.
- Based in the Southeast (M40, M4 or M3 corridor preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience with physical access products or similar electromechanical systems.
- Experience with lead generation tools.
- Experience with creating basic site survey sketches.
