What You'll Do
Reach out to leads generated through marketing and product initiatives using a mix of email, phone, and virtual interactions to spark interest and drive engagement. Your primary goal will be securing qualified meetings for Account Executives, directly contributing to pipeline expansion.
Help build and refine the BDR process from the ground up, testing new outreach strategies and improving playbooks based on real-world feedback. As the first point of contact, you’ll represent the company with professionalism and energy across channels—including trade shows and digital platforms.
Collect and share insights on customer needs, product feedback, and market trends with internal teams to support product development and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a business development, sales development, or presales role with proven success in cold outreach and lead qualification
- Experience in a SaaS sales environment, with the ability to clearly communicate software value
- Strong prospecting abilities—knowing how to locate decision-makers, craft effective messaging, and secure meetings
- A builder mentality: comfortable creating and adjusting processes in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Clear, confident, and engaging communication skills in both writing and conversation
