Mobilads is looking for a Business Development Representative to play a key role in our growth journey. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, primarily through targeted and personalized email campaigns aimed at senior marketing decision-makers. This is a fully remote role requiring high work ethic, structure, and the ability to maintain a high pace.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential customers with large marketing and media budgets, such as Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing tech companies, and larger B2B brands.
- Conduct thorough research to identify the right decision-makers, primarily at the C-level within marketing and brand departments.
- Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others to build and maintain qualified lead lists.
- Send a high volume of personalized and targeted outbound emails daily, combined with smart automation.
- Follow a proven outreach strategy and contribute with your own drive and insights to maximize results.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Ensure a high and consistent level of activity and continuously follow up and report progress.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in similar roles as BDR, SDR, or outbound sales.
- Good understanding of the marketing and media landscape, or the ability to quickly identify brands with marketing budgets.
- Skilled at identifying companies that make large investments in outdoor and brand marketing.
- Technical competence and ability to deliver results with tools like Apollo, cold email platforms, and CRM systems.
- Resourceful, fast, and self-sufficient – with the ability to find and contact many qualified leads daily.
- Quality-focused communicator – you work strategically, smartly, and effectively on a larger scale.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in media, tech, or marketing.
- Previous experience collaborating with large international brands or Fortune 500 companies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and tracking of marketing campaigns.
- Experience from fast-growing, technology-driven companies or startups.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working in fully digital and distributed teams.
