M-Files is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Growth Marketing team. In this remote role, you will drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound prospecting, clearly communicating the M-Files value proposition to target accounts. You’ll be a critical link between marketing and sales, collaborating to generate qualified, sales-ready leads.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop joint strategies for prospect engagement, pipeline growth, and customer success.
- Think strategically about account prioritization and creative ways to open conversations with key decision-makers.
- Partner with your assigned Sales team to strategically identify and qualify target accounts, increasing pipeline and revenue within your territory.
- Meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly meeting targets, quality, and activity goals.
- Leverage account maps, technology stack, and account research to conduct prospecting and uncover latent demand.
- Deliver key promotional messages to a sophisticated target audience, using all available mediums including telephone, email, social media, and other techniques.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales and marketing to share and obtain feedback, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Travel for the internal GTM Kickoff conference in January and potentially for relevant team events and conferences semi-yearly or yearly.

Team & Environment
As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will report to the Manager, Business Development – North America while working closely with our Sales teams.
