Remote VA is hiring an Amazon Specialist to join a growing dropshipping company. You will be responsible for verifying order and pricing details to ensure operational accuracy and support the company's financial tracking.
What You'll Do
- Review and track orders in Amazon Seller Central
- Compare vendor invoices and charges against purchase orders for accuracy
- Identify and flag pricing discrepancies
- Enter and update order and financial data in internal systems and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized records of all orders and transactions
- Communicate with team members regarding order or pricing issues
- Follow standard processes to ensure consistent data accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Proficiency using QuickBooks for financial data entry
- Strong attention to detail for reviewing orders and verifying charges
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Experience maintaining organized records
- Reliable communication skills for team coordination
- Ability to follow established processes consistently
