We're looking for a dependable and detail-focused professional to support our operations as an Amazon Specialist. In this part-time, fully remote role, you'll be responsible for monitoring order activity through Amazon Seller Central and ensuring that all vendor charges align with issued purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming orders and track fulfillment status within Amazon Seller Central
- Verify vendor invoices against corresponding purchase orders for accuracy
- Detect and report pricing inconsistencies or billing discrepancies
- Input and update financial and order data in internal systems and QuickBooks
- Keep thorough, up-to-date records of all transactions and order details
- Collaborate with team members to resolve order or pricing concerns
- Follow established procedures to maintain high accuracy and consistency
Tools You’ll Use
Amazon Seller Central and QuickBooks are central to this role. Familiarity with both platforms is essential for success.
Work Arrangement
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled during TBA/Eastern Standard Time. The role is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide.
