GlobalVision was looking for a Business Development Representative (Remote Europe) / BDR (Europe à distance)

Join GlobalVision as a Business Development Representative (Remote Europe). In this role, you’ll contribute directly to sales growth by positioning our solutions to new prospects and current clients. You will focus on cold outreach to identify and qualify leads, set meetings for Account Executives, and build lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify prospects matching the ideal customer profile and contact them via cold calls and emails.
  • Effectively present offerings, identify client needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if GlobalVision is a strategic investment.
  • Set qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads from inbound, campaigns, and events.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Bring thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance company values, culture, and vision.
  • Participate in social selling and networking.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and lead generation specialists.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English and one or more additional languages (Spanish or Italian).
  • Ability to work CET time zone (9am - 5pm).
  • Experience in a sales role and using sales techniques.
  • Experience prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing.
  • Hunter's mentality—resilient and persistent.
  • Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet & Drive).
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Resonate with company values.
  • Comfortable stepping out of the responsibilities in the job description.
  • Able to work autonomously and stay self-motivated.
  • Strong written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Highly empathetic and able to easily foster connections with people.
  • Deeply curious, crave feedback, and excited about learning in an accelerated environment.
  • Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Quebec candidates must be fluent in English and French.
