About the Role

This position focuses on driving initial sales pipeline growth by connecting with prospective customers, assessing their needs, and guiding qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets to generate new business leads
  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Conduct introductory conversations to understand customer challenges and requirements
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria for sales readiness
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
  • Follow up with prospects to advance opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Learn product features and industry use cases to communicate value effectively
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and outreach targets
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on offerings and messaging
  • Adapt communication style to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Track performance metrics and report on key activities
  • Contribute feedback from the field to improve sales materials and processes
