Superior Fence & Rail is hiring a Business Development Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to handoff, for a recruiting and operations partner. You will build relationships with franchise founders and business owners, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Prospect through cold and warm calls, text, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Research franchise brands and build organized target lists.
- Conduct discovery calls and present solutions that align with client hiring needs.
- Manage your pipeline, CRM entries, and follow-up sequences.
- Handle objections, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with recruiters.
- Stay involved post-sale to ensure expectations are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and web teams to optimize lead generation funnels.
- Test new tools, improve workflows, and bring new ideas to the table.
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken English; confident communicating on calls and video.
- Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and business owners.
- Able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Understands sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline momentum.
- Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented personality.
- Someone who will ask questions, not wait to be told what to do.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to U.S. markets.
- Franchise or service-based business experience.
- CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience building sales processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies.
