About the Role

Superior Fence & Rail is hiring a Business Development Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to handoff, for a recruiting and operations partner. You will build relationships with franchise founders and business owners, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect through cold and warm calls, text, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Research franchise brands and build organized target lists.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present solutions that align with client hiring needs.
  • Manage your pipeline, CRM entries, and follow-up sequences.
  • Handle objections, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with recruiters.
  • Stay involved post-sale to ensure expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing and web teams to optimize lead generation funnels.
  • Test new tools, improve workflows, and bring new ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong spoken English; confident communicating on calls and video.
  • Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and business owners.
  • Able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Understands sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline momentum.
  • Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented personality.
  • Someone who will ask questions, not wait to be told what to do.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to U.S. markets.
  • Franchise or service-based business experience.
  • CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies.
