Niva Health is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to attract and hire top talent for our clinical and non-clinical roles. In this remote position, you will execute recruitment strategies, manage the candidate experience, and serve as a vital brand ambassador for our mission and values.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent.
  • Promote job openings across diverse platforms to reach qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and provide well-informed recommendations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, delivering a professional, responsive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data to track metrics and identify process improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports and share actionable recruitment insights with leadership.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating NIVA Health’s mission, values, and culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to understand priorities and support onboarding.
  • Contribute to HR projects, stay current on talent acquisition trends, and participate in team discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate with confidence, empathy, and professionalism across all levels.
  • Adept at managing, analyzing, and reporting recruitment data to drive decisions.
  • Excel at organizing competing tasks and priorities in a remote environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Commitment to embracing and promoting NIVA Health’s Core Values in every interaction.

Nice to Have

  • Recruitment experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of healthcare-specific recruitment and compliance.
  • Demonstrated innovative approaches to sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Staying current on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Team & Environment

You will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team, reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
