Optro is hiring a Business Development Representative, DACH (Remote)

About the Role

Optro is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH region to be a critical driver of our growth. You will partner with Account Executives to find and create new qualified sales opportunities by managing outbound campaigns, identifying decision makers, and scheduling meetings.

What You'll Do

  • Function as the initial face of Optro and bring our solution to market.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel company growth.
  • Leverage sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and UserGems to build and manage pipeline.
  • Make 50+ outbound phone calls and 60+ outbound emails each day.
  • Manage named accounts, own your territory, and help maintain data integrity in Salesforce.com.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in demand generation campaigns.
  • Achieve, or exceed, weekly and monthly metrics including sales activities, meetings set, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and manage assigned customer accounts.
  • Partner with account executives to assist with product demos.
  • Develop and optimize a sales pipeline while maintaining pursuit strategies focused on key decision makers.

This is a remote position based in the Munich region, Germany.
