ecosio is seeking a Business Development Representative DACH (f/m/d) to drive new business growth in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for generating leads and pre-qualifying prospects for our B2B integration solutions through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.
What You'll Do
- Proactively reach out to new potential customers and pre-qualify leads to ensure ecosio’s offering fits the prospect’s needs.
- Research for important contact details, find potential customers, and generate initial touchpoints through social media, webinars, phone calls, email, etc.
- Travel approximately 30-40% of the time to events, fairs, and company events.
- Come up with new lead generation ideas and implement them in cooperation with your team lead and team.
- Track all data in Salesforce regularly, ensure accurate follow-up on prospects, and build necessary relationships.
What We're Looking For
- German (C2) and English fluency is a must.
- 1–2 years of experience in cold calling and strategic outreach is preferred, but strong motivation and the right attitude are also considered.
- Self-initiative to exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
- Comfortable navigating through changes in the company.
- Power of persuasion and talent to quickly win over your counterpart.
- Enthusiasm for technical topics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are an advantage.
- High level of self-confidence and drive.
- High resilience and tolerance for rejection.
- Ability to grasp IT concepts and technical contexts at a high level.
