About the Role

Uptalent.io is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and fostering strategic partnerships to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential clients aligning with our target market and service offerings.
  • Generate leads and initiate contact via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives like co-marketing campaigns or events.
  • Manage and prioritize leads using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline.
  • Track and report on sales metrics including lead conversion rates and forecasts.
  • Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase our services.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to development of business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to align efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
