Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities - Execute 80–100 daily outbound calls targeting B2B prospects - Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads via cold calling, email, and professional networking platforms - Schedule qualified meetings for sales representatives and maintain consistent lead pipeline - Conduct initial discovery conversations to comprehend client requirements and challenges - Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless lead transitions - Leverage CRM technologies to monitor and manage lead interactions - Implement persistent and innovative follow-up strategies to maximize meeting conversions - Continuously refine outreach methodologies based on performance insights Requirements - Minimum 1+ years of outbound sales development or cold calling experience in B2B environments - Demonstrated success in high-volume calling positions (80+ daily calls) - Exceptional English communication capabilities, both verbal and written - Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement technologies - Resilient mindset with capacity to handle rejection and consistently achieve performance targets - Proactive, goal-oriented, and receptive to professional coaching - Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or agency sales considered advantageous Benefits 💻 Fully Remote: Flexible work environment with global team interactions 🤝 Professional Network: Access to high-performing sales community 🧭 Continuous Support: Comprehensive guidance throughout placement journey 💰 Customized Compensation: Personalized salary options aligned with individual career objectives
