Arrow ECS SAS is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building new business and managing current clients within the Swedish market. A key focus will be on building MSSP partnerships and business for the vendor Check Point.
What You'll Do
- Build new business and manage current clients.
- Develop continuous relationships between the business area, regional teams, and the vendor Check Point to ensure trust and support of business objectives.
- Work with Arrow Internal Sales teams and vendors to identify key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor’s products and services.
- Work with partners to ensure they have all tools necessary to realize their sales potential.
- Bring new partners to Arrow by prospection (phone, email) and client meetings.
- Execute successful business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the vendor.
- Find New Business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the partner's base.
- Identify new partners, engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental sales.
- Initiate marketing campaigns for the partners to find new leads.
- Provide regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, detailing both short- and long-term deals.
- Enable partners by providing regular sales training.
- Travel to customers on a regular basis.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the development of new customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in creating MSSP business/models.
- Experience in Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution or IT manufacturers’ sector.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
- Very good knowledge of the local Swedish market.
- Ability to work independently but also as a team player.
- Fluency in Swedish and English language.
- Full Swedish Driving license.
