About the Role

Arrow ECS SAS is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building new business and managing current clients within the Swedish market. A key focus will be on building MSSP partnerships and business for the vendor Check Point.

What You'll Do

  • Build new business and manage current clients.
  • Develop continuous relationships between the business area, regional teams, and the vendor Check Point to ensure trust and support of business objectives.
  • Work with Arrow Internal Sales teams and vendors to identify key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor’s products and services.
  • Work with partners to ensure they have all tools necessary to realize their sales potential.
  • Bring new partners to Arrow by prospection (phone, email) and client meetings.
  • Execute successful business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the vendor.
  • Find New Business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the partner's base.
  • Identify new partners, engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental sales.
  • Initiate marketing campaigns for the partners to find new leads.
  • Provide regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, detailing both short- and long-term deals.
  • Enable partners by providing regular sales training.
  • Travel to customers on a regular basis.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the development of new customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in creating MSSP business/models.
  • Experience in Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution or IT manufacturers’ sector.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
  • Very good knowledge of the local Swedish market.
  • Ability to work independently but also as a team player.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English language.
  • Full Swedish Driving license.

You will be part of the Sales team located in our Stockholm offices or working remotely.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role. Work locations include our office in Stockholm (Kista) or remotely from within Sweden.
