You will be instrumental in forging strategic partnerships, refining our go-to-market execution, and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration. This hands-on role leverages your network and market insights to directly impact our trajectory.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with potential clients and key players in the web3 space.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through network analysis and market research.
- Create scalable processes for GTM workflows, such as partner onboarding and lead tracking.
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and information systems.
- Own the GTM roadmap: identify, prioritize, and lead projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed client-defined KPIs.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving vendors, operations, product, and engineering teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess and integrate vendors to optimize for efficiency and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in a GTM, Partnerships, or Sales Enablement role, ideally within web3 or tech.
- Strong knowledge of the web3 B2B ecosystem and a solid professional network in New York.
- A proactive mindset to identify and resolve gaps before they become problems.
- Comfort working with data, analytical tools, and dashboards.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in global tech environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a CRM.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with consistent in-person presence at our New York City office.
- Availability to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and team events.
