Xsolla is hiring a Business Development Manager to focus on expanding our Partner Network across the MENA region. This role is pivotal for driving strategic partnerships and growth from our hub in Dubai.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for the MENA partner ecosystem
- Identify, engage, and onboard new strategic partners to the network
- Manage and nurture relationships with key regional partners
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities within the MENA region
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner initiatives with company goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or partnership roles, ideally within the MENA region
- Strong understanding of the tech, gaming, or digital ecosystem in MENA markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote environment
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant asset
