Aramark is hiring a Business Development Manager to strategically grow organizational development by driving base business expansion with our clients. This role focuses on ensuring continued service offering penetration and profitability by building strong client relationships and proactively resolving questions regarding products, services, and pricing.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with an existing client base within a designated territory to support the execution of growth initiatives
- Upsell service solutions to target accounts to ensure revenue growth by either upgrading current programs or selling new products
- Document client visits with respect to risks, opportunities, and relevant action plans
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement using sales automation and client management platforms
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, client's customers, and support staff
- Capability to respond effectively to changing demands
- Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
- 1-3 years of proven experience in selling, marketing, or supervisory/leadership roles
- Contract-managed service experience

- Compensation range: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00
