RateHawk is looking for a Business Development Manager Brazil to be instrumental in our sales efforts and market expansion. In this role, you will forge strategic partnerships, grow our client base, and solidify our local presence. You will drive our mission to create, distribute, and operate the most convenient travel products, innovating in the complex travel industry.
What You'll Do
- Actively promote our international project within your assigned territory.
- Prospect, develop, and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our presence.
- Sign-up new partners and provide them with extended system training.
- Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
- Follow up with existing partners for training and to identify ways to improve cooperation.
- Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals, including required documentation and technical setup.
- Control compliance with commercial conditions by partners, including the payment flow.
- Provide account management and first-level support for an assigned portfolio of partners.
- Conduct market and competitive environment analysis.
- Deliver comprehensive reports.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle, with a focus on business development and account management in the travel industry.
- In-depth understanding of Brazil's travel market, including travel trade networks like travel agencies and tour operators.
- Familiarity with API integration and technology sales & deals.
- A proactive, ambitious, results-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments with creative problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven and tech-savvy, with experience using KPIs to track success.
- Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
- Skill in developing and implementing creative solutions to challenges.
- Native Portuguese and Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability for travel, with up to 50% of working time potentially involving customer visits, events, or team meetings. Having your own car is important.
- Residence within Brazilian territory and availability for travel, both inside and outside the country.
