Ajax Systems is hiring a Business Development Manager to own our market growth within Belgium. You will be joining our Business Development Department, spearheading efforts to expand our presence and build key relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Belgium
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, with a focus on new market growth
- Strong understanding of the Belgian market and business landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in Belgium. We welcome applicants from cities including Kortrijk, Namur, Mons, Tournai, Hasselt, Poperinge, Bruges, and Liège.
