AlexStaff Agency is hiring a Business Development Manager (B2B) to join a growing international cross-border money transfer service. You will be instrumental in expanding our partner network and spearheading growth in new markets, including the launch of a new money transfer channel in the Philippines.
What You'll Do
- Expand the partner network, including banks, fintechs, payment providers, cash pickup points, and FX agents.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and optimize partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements in line with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term partner relationships.
- Track partner performance and drive initiatives to boost efficiency and revenue.
- Stay up to date with remittance industry trends and compliance rules.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in partnership or business development within a money transfer service or a bank’s remittance department.
- Proven track record in growing partner networks, including cash pickup points.
- Solid knowledge of money transfer operations and regulations.
- Native proficiency in Filipino.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
