FP Markets was looking for a Business Development Manager - Arabic speaker (Jordan) - Remote

FP Markets is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the MENA region. This full-time remote role, based in Jordan, focuses on developing the online trading market by converting leads into clients and establishing new business partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Develop the MENA market including converting leads into clients and acquiring and establishing business relationships with new partners.
  • Actively hunt for trading professionals on social and professional platforms, forums, blogs, and communities to engage them as clients or partners.
  • Find the most effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
  • Assist in the onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other company partners.
  • Work closely with customer support to onboard new clients and provide an impeccable user experience.
  • Work closely with marketing and back-office teams to prepare necessary sales and marketing content.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and proactively work to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
  • Negotiate the terms of each partnership based on existing rebate structures.
  • Assist in monitoring affiliates and partners regularly to optimize their activities and performance and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on the customer journey to management.
  • Enforce a prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per company policies and ethics.
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings where required.

What We're Looking For

  • FX/CFD and online trading industry experience is a must.
  • Experience in a sales position.
  • Fluent Arabic and English language knowledge is required.
  • Client focused with excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team and can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Preference towards individuals with working experience or connections in the MENA region.
