Kafene is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strategic partnerships. You will be a key player on our Sales team, responsible for expanding our market presence and developing new revenue opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships and client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention

- Proven experience in a business development or sales role within a relevant industry
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and business objectives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
