PCX Corporation is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive expansion in the Renewable Energy sector. You will be the driving force behind strategic partnerships, opening new market opportunities, and empowering our field sales team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Renewable market trends and technologies.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with top tier owners, engineering firms and EPC’s in the western region.
- Support field sales with technical expertise, product training, and educational demonstrations.
- Track key projects from inception to completion using Salesforce and Power BI.
- Stay current with industry standards and communicate updates to the sales team.
- Represent Hubbell at major trade shows and conferences, including Intersolar, Cleanpower, and RE+.
- Work with owner/developers and engineering firms to secure Hubbell product specifications in new designs and projects.
- Plan and execute strategic contractor events, regional meetings, and industry trade shows.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Communications.
- Experience in electrical or renewable markets.
