Aristo Sourcing is hiring a Business Development Executive for a telephone-based role focused on generating new business and developing existing relationships with window trade professionals across the UK. You will promote our specialist product range, primarily silicone sealants and consumables, converting leads into loyal, repeat customers.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to window trade professionals to introduce our range of sealants and consumables.
- Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products like low modulus silicones, glazing sealants, and adhesives.
- Follow up on warm leads and re-engage dormant accounts.
- Close sales directly or arrange call-backs and quotes as needed.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM of all interactions and opportunities.
- Meet and exceed KPIs including call targets, lead conversions, and monthly revenue.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
What We're Looking For
- In-depth background in a remote work setup similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor.
- Proven experience in telephone-based B2B sales or business development.
- Confident, clear, and professional phone manner.
- Strong relationship-building skills to gain trust and repeat business from trade customers.
- Good objection handling skills and the ability to recognize opportunities.
- Target-driven with a self-motivated attitude.
- Organised and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking software.
- Confident and competent user of I.T.
- Must work from a location that affords privacy to you and customers, such as a separate room at home.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with power backup.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the window, glazing, or fenestration trade.
- Familiarity with silicone sealants and related trade consumables.
