VetPartners Germany GmbH is hiring a Business Development Director to drive growth in the dynamic animal health market. You will be instrumental in building our community of veterinary practices in Germany by forming strong, lasting partnerships with practice owners and their teams.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with veterinary practice owners and their teams, working closely with the central team in Munich.
- Guide practice owners through their transition and integration, helping them become part of the VetPartners family.
- Proactively approach new practice owners in a fast-growing, competitive market to expand our network.
- Act as the primary contact for integrated practice teams, providing holistic support for daily business challenges.
- Care for the practices as the first point of contact for daily operational needs.
- Expand the network through acquisition, contacting new practices.
- Build relationships by attending congresses, participating in professional working groups, and leveraging personal networks.
- Represent and present VetPartners at industry events and in personal meetings.
- Create and foster a practice community focused on common topics and sharing best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with openness to change.
- Willingness to travel regularly for on-site practice visits and participation in trade fairs.
- Technical proficiency with practice management systems and CRM systems.
- A supportive, people-oriented, hands-on working style with a keen eye for detail.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
