Athena Actuarial Consulting is hiring a Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Oversee timelines, schedules, and logistics for proposal submissions across multiple opportunities
  • Collaborate with contributors from different departments to ensure submissions are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Create and compile proposal content by working with subject matter experts, coordinate review cycles, and manage document versions
  • Update and enhance proposal templates, content repositories, and past performance records
  • Assist with proposals and applications involving GSA Schedules, including OASIS+, when required
  • Manage the organization's CRM system to keep pursuit details, contacts, and opportunities accurate and up to date
  • Monitor lead generation, pipeline progress, upcoming actions, and follow-up tasks to maintain consistent performance
  • Generate reports on pipeline status and proposal efforts for executive review
  • Support post-submission follow-ups and track key pursuit metrics
  • Evaluate subscription services for potential and active bidding opportunities
  • Provide daily support to the Chief Strategy Officer on business development and sales operations
  • Help develop client presentations, pursuit documentation, and arrange meeting schedules
  • Find ways to improve business development workflows, tools, and templates for greater efficiency
  • Assist in establishing standardized practices as the business development function expands
  • Re-prioritize tasks dynamically to balance long-term objectives with urgent opportunities
  • Work with the Chief Strategy Officer and marketing team on promotional campaigns and outreach activities
