Voomi Supply is seeking a motivated, self-starting Business Development Associate to help drive our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEMs, selling Voomi’s business.
- Hit onboarding goals (qualified leads and closes) and sales targets.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of business development activities and present progress to senior leadership and board members.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on high-value revenue opportunities with strategic partners.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of business development opportunities, ensuring progress and prioritization based on impact and feasibility.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup or corporate environment with business development experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- HVAC experience.
