The Pennsylvania State University is hiring a part-time Business Development and HubSpot Support professional. This role supports key research strategies within several OSVPR units. You will manage the HubSpot platform, generate analytics for revenue generation, and assist with marketing and business development strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot account, including configuring the system, creating workflows, managing data, and providing user training.
- Perform marketing automation, lead management, and reporting within HubSpot.
- Generate analytics across the business development cycle for research revenue generation, gathering data from HubSpot, Salesforce, social media, and websites.
- Report analytics within HubSpot.
- Work with internal stakeholder groups, such as the Office of Technology Transfer, to assist with data gathering and entry.
- Potentially help with data entry into HubSpot and nurturing of research leads.
- Participate in developing and implementing strategies to promote PSU's services, including identifying target audiences, creating marketing campaigns, and analyzing results.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with business development, marketing, or sales funnels.
- A working understanding of HubSpot.
- US Citizenship.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, including Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as PowerBI.
- A high level of HubSpot expertise.
