What You'll Do
Lead the commercial expansion of a next-generation robotic surgery platform within a defined territory, focusing on established healthcare institutions. Engage directly with surgical teams, hospital executives, and finance leaders to identify opportunities where robotic-assisted minimally invasive procedures can enhance care delivery.
Build consensus among diverse stakeholders by clearly communicating the clinical advantages, operational efficiencies, and long-term financial impact of adopting robotic surgery. Develop detailed analyses that evaluate Total Cost of Ownership and cost per procedure, aligning technical capabilities with institutional priorities.
Demonstrate the system’s value through real-world outcomes, including improved patient recovery times, high-definition 3D imaging, and integrated digital tools. Manage extended sales processes with precision, maintaining momentum through multiple decision stages and stakeholder reviews.
Requirements
You bring at least four years of experience selling high-complexity medical technologies, with a proven ability to navigate strategic, high-value sales cycles in hospital environments. You hold an advanced university degree and possess a strong grasp of operating room workflows and the principles of minimally invasive surgery.
Fluency in both French and English is required. Your approach is guided by integrity, professionalism, and strict adherence to ethical standards in healthcare sales.
