What You'll Do
Process payroll data for employees and contractors across various regions, ensuring all information is handled accurately and on schedule. Verify compensation details, hours, and deductions, then reconcile records to maintain consistency. Support the preparation of payroll tax calculations and assist with related filings. Respond to employee inquiries about pay, deductions, and tax forms with clarity and confidentiality. Contribute to process improvements and help uphold compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Have at least one year of experience in payroll, accounting, or a similar function
- Demonstrate familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance standards
- Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Communicate effectively with team members and employees
- Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with confidence for data management
