This position operates in a hybrid work environment with primary locations in Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett, offering flexibility while maintaining in-person access when required by court mandates or client needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage a diverse caseload involving dissolution of marriage, parenting plans, and financial support determinations from intake through resolution.
- Conduct direct consultations with clients, prepare legal pleadings, and represent parties during depositions, hearings, and mediation sessions.
- Meet deadlines efficiently in a structured yet fast-moving setting, balancing multiple cases with precision and accountability.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to support shared objectives and strengthen case outcomes through team-based strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience handling family law cases, including divorce proceedings, custody disputes, and support calculations.
- Strong client communication skills and experience drafting court documents, managing discovery, and appearing in legal proceedings.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy across concurrent responsibilities.

Compensation
Annual salary range of $175,000 to $285,880, plus a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance. Earnings may include base pay with additional compensation tied to billable hours and collections performance.
