Responsibilities
- Create and implement account strategies to meet sales goals and grow market share in Italy.
- Foster long-term relationships with current clients by understanding their requirements and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Find and engage potential customers that match the ideal customer profile, guiding them from initial contact to deal closure.
- Collaborate with teams across RevOps, marketing, solution engineering, product, and support to address client and prospect needs effectively.
- Support accurate sales forecasting and reporting by sharing field insights with the Sales Manager and RevOps to improve strategy based on performance and market feedback.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to uncover opportunities for growth and address potential risks.
